General Information

Where are you located?

We are located in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania.

Do you only sell on the internet?

Yes, at this time, we only sell on the internet.

Do your orders ship from Pennsylvania?

No, orders ship from various parts of the country, depending on which collection you order from. Please see the details below regarding the different companies to find out where they ship from.

Catalog Requests

At this time we do not offer catalogs.

Feel free to browse through our many online catalogs and order samples. Please see our "samples" page for more information regarding samples.

Searching for Invitations

The easiest way to search for a type of invitation you don't see listed in our shop by category section on our home page, is to click on a brand name from our "Shop by Brand" box and then type in your item in the product search box. If you still are having problems locating something, feel free to e-mail us or call us toll free at 888-734-8444.

Production Time

Most orders placed early in the day, ship in two-three business days and are shipped ground. If you are in a rush, you may request 3-day select, 2nd-day air, or next-day air. We recommend 3-day select since it is only a couple dollars more than ground and can save two to five days, depending where you live in relation to the plant location of the brand you chose. Due to the busy wedding season, orders may take a bit longer than usual. Orders with customer-supplied artwork take 5 days for production.

To determine which shipping method to use, please note the locations (listed below) of the various brands we carry to see where shipping will originate.

Birchcraft Studios began operations in 1926 and is located in Rockland, Massachusetts. International shipping available-import customs charges may apply-please check with your local customs office.

Carlson Craft has been in business for more than 50 years and stand behind their products. Orders are shipped from North Mankato, MN. International shipping available-import customs charges may apply-please check with your local customs office.

Cathy's Concepts was founded in 1988 and is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. They offer an extensive line of wedding accessories, bridal and prom jewelry, and personalized wedding gifts for the entire wedding party. International shipping is NOT available.

Nu-Art, Established in 1918, is one of the oldest and best-known names in the paper converting industry. Nu-Art is located in Bedford Park, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago. International shipping NOT available.

Foreign Languages

We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.


Returns

We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We will refund or reprint any order when there has been a mistake on our part. We do not proof your order, so be sure to proof your order before submitting. We do not make refunds on personalized orders for any other reason.

Returns of non-printed items will not be accepted without an authorization number from customer service. Please call us for an authorization number and return address information for Carlson Craft orders.

Security

We use “VeriSign,” the industry standard to provide protection for your credit card information. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed. You will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase. Your privacy is respected.


Ordering Information

Checking Order Status

Simply click on the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your order. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has shipped, you will be able to track it online.

Making Changes

If you have sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order or to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.

Order Cancellation

There is a $10.00 service fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.

Ordering More

Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25 since you are charged for the setup cost again. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.

Payment

We accept major credit cards. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. You may be billed a U.S. dollars sales tax on your final invoice total depending on what state you are in.

Reorders

To place a reorder, please select the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your previous order. You can make the changes you want by editing your order and resubmitting it.

Rushes

Because our production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery.

Shipping Information

Wedding Invitations, stationery, anniversary products, baby products, greeting cards and special occasion invitations will ship in *24 - 48 Hours
Business Stationery & Office Products *Approximately 5 - 7 days
Specialty Products *Approximately 15 days

When will this product ship?

It takes the length of production time as listed above BEFORE we ship it out to you via the shipping method you select. Choosing Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select will NOT speed up the PROCESSING time of your order—it only speeds up the SHIPPING time by UPS. UPS only delivers on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified. The cost for Saturday delivery is quite substantial.

International Shipping

We do provide international shipping to countries serviced by UPS. Click here and select the “International Shipping Available” link for a complete listing of the countries. Charges are based on weight and destination.

Customs Import charges may apply. Please check with your local UPS or customs office for information.
